Import Duties and Taxes

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for paying any import taxes and customs duties per their country’s laws. The price listed for each product does not include any taxes.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation between 24 hours and 4 days: 25% of the order amount will be retained.
Cancellation after 4 days: 50% of the order amount will be retained.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping FAQs

Tracking Shipped Products: We provide a tracking number in an order completion email for each order. You can track your package using that number on the carrier’s website.

Courier Services: We use DHL, FedEx, or USPS to ship your products.

Damaged Parcel: If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@alaskajackets.com. We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a return, exchange, or refund, in accordance with our policies.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ship orders on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays, natural disasters, incorrect delivery information, carrier operational delays, customs holds, additional quality checks, order modifications, or other unexpected events.

A signature may be required upon delivery
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
