Refunds and Returns Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. Some banks may take longer.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item if:

  • You received the incorrect item.
  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong colour or size was sent. (not if you received the correct size, but it does not fit)

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Products should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Refundable/Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Items that were received in the size in which they were ordered but don’t fit. You can reorder them at a discounted price.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us at info@alaskajackets.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide details of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
  3. We will send you the return shipping address.
  4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Cancellations between 24 hours and 4 days after placement incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations after 4 days incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has shipped.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept free returns or exchanges if the customer just does not like the product.
  • We do not accept returns/refunds if you received the correct size but it does not fit.
  • Return Label: Customers must obtain and pay for their return shipping label.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please email us at info@alaskajackets.com with photos.
  • Colors may vary slightly on different screens due to lighting or camera settings.
  • If unsure about sizing, refer to our size guide before ordering.
