1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Alaska Jackets website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. International Orders & Customs
Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

  • Compliance with their country’s import regulations

  • Alaska Jackets cannot predict or control these charges

3. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, images, text, product designs) is owned by Alaska Jackets and protected by:

  • U.S. and international copyright laws

  • Trademark registrations where applicable
    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Product Information
While we strive for accuracy:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (even after orders are placed)

  • Inventory availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • All charges are in USD

  • We implement SSL encryption for secure transactions

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Full refunds: Available if canceled within 24 hours of order placement

  • Partial refunds:

    • 75% refund for cancellations 24 hours–4 days after ordering

    • 50% refund for cancellations after 4 days

  • No cancellations once order status changes to “Shipped”

7. Limitation of Liability
Alaska Jackets is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data breaches)

  • Product misuse or modifications

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

8. Dispute Resolution
Any legal claims shall be governed by Texas law and resolved in courts located in Irving, TX.

9. Policy Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
